How to Search for Services on oneGov

Step 1: Go to one.gov.mv

To begin, open your web browser and locate the address bar. Type in the web address: one.gov.mv, and then press Enter or Return on your keyboard. This will direct you to the homepage of the oneGov platform.

Step 2: Search for Services

Once you have reached the homepage, you can proceed with searching for services. 

Look for the search bar, located at the top of the page. 

In this search bar, enter the relevant keywords related to the service you are looking for. After typing in the keywords, press Enter or Return on your keyboard to initiate the search.

Tips for Effective Searching: 

Use Exact Keywords

When searching for a particular service, it is recommended to use exact keywords related to that service. For instance, if you are looking to register a company, you can use the keywords "Company Registration." This will help in narrowing down the search results and finding the most relevant results.

Explore Services Tab

If you are uncertain about what to search for, you can browse through the various services available on oneGov. To access the list of services, simply click on the Services Tab located in the main menu on the oneGov homepage. This will provide you with a comprehensive list of all the services offered on oneGov.

Explore Government Enttities Tab

In case you need to search for specific services offered by particular government entities, you can click on the Government Entities Tab on the main menu of the oneGov homepage. This feature allows you to explore the services provided by these specific government entities efficiently.

Understanding Search Results

The search results are organized in a way that the most relevant results are displayed at the top. Each result includes the name of the services and a brief description. To continue applying for a service, simply click on the service you want from the results.

Please note that we are constantly working on expanding the range of services provided by various government agencies on oneGov. Therefore, it is possible that certain public services may not be available on the platform at this time.
